Pioneer have over fifty local installers located all across the country who each have different lead times.
When you place your order, your dealer will discuss an installation date with you as lead times vary based on seasonal demand.
Once your dealer receives the tank kit, it will be installed at the next available appointment.
Your tank is generally built in one day, with the really big tanks sometimes taking two days.

We make all our tanks here in Australia. Our supply chain is made up of a number of Australian owned companies and we manufacture the tanks in our own factory.
Pioneer guarantee the following items are made right here in Australia: tank wall panels, roof trusses, truss foots, roof sheets, access hatches, hook on ladders and AQUALINER FRESH® tank liner (both the base fabric and the fusion welded liner).
Some of the items are manufactured right here in our factory and others by our local supporters. Our steel is made in Australia and supplied by BlueScope Steel.
No. The liner fabric is made here in Australia and it’s welded in Australia. We are the only liner tank supplier that can say this.
It works like this: Place an order with us or your local Dealer. When you order we’ll give you a schedule on when your tank will be dispatched from our factory.
When your tank is dispatched from our factory, there’s a small road and rail transport window to move the finished tank kit from our factory to our Dealer. The longest shipping period is approximately 10 days on interstate shipments.
Once the tank kit arrives to our Dealer, it can be installed at the next available appointment. Your tank is generally built in one day, while the really big tanks sometimes take two days.
No – it doesn’t take long to make your Pioneer Water Tank. When you order, we make your tank in real time.
Generally, there is a 4 – 6 week lead time from placing your order to having your tank installed.
However, our schedules are constantly moving based on the volume of water tanks we have to make at any given time, call our friendly staff to find out when you can have your water tank delivered.
